Maybe the best spammer is the one who is usually spamming, but in a classy and refined way, or the one who has a certain personal style in spamming, while the worst is the opposite thing

Mana is right about the spamming awards. The best spammer has spam, but it is actually funny. Bad spam is the kind that will get a person banned.
