And I do have what, 3 more years experience than you. Thats where mine comes from. And of course ones perception of events around him and how many people he deals with form day to day effects what he makes of his experience. So its not completely about experience, but it is the largest part.

I don't think age matters ,but when it comes to be immature i do believe that most of the guys at the age of 19 are more immature than girls, obviously there's always exceptions(thank God for that),now that doesn't mean that there aren't girls with the age of 19 that are immature because they exist but in a lower number.
In the end it all resumes in the experiences one goes thru in life. |

First of all I was talking about Experience. That, by your standards, is the key to everything. Including maturity. You were the one that started to talk about it.
Oh and sure some department stores do do that. But you hear about big companies laying off hundreds if not thousands of people every year. Don't tell me department stores do that every year. The way you put it, it would make more sense to fire the older people any way. They would likely be making the most money. You can fill that person's job with some one younger who will take less money probably not caring they are receiving less money then the person they replaced because they would be getting a promotion. And tell me if they fire all those young workers how do they have any older workers? Quote:

I'm in agreement with you Vicious. Everybody's entitled to their own opinions, whether they are right or wrong. I'm sure Fantasy has more than enough feedback by now for her class.
