IPs can change: you were probably sharing the IP of a banned member, that's why you couldn't login or browse the forum's pages.

Thanks for the support but shortly after i had posted the whole thing about me I got one back from her saying she still wants to be together. I just got from the one before that she hated my guts so now I am in a state of confusion because this hasn't happened only once.
