oh yes, as shaming as it is, one person. a situation that is being processed and i can't work it out. i figured a list is a good place to start, even if the words come out jumbled.

Going to Florence tomorrow to see Interpol. I hope with all the mess happening in the last few hours - police killing football supporter with consequent violent raids and riots etc. - there won't be problems along the way. Coming back in a couple of days.

Things are working out (?). I'm confused because I want desperately to be happy, and I'm nearly content with all things, but other elements are confusion. I guess it was a monologue really, when I do need dialogue, or needed it with someone. But probably months ago rather than now. Still, writing seems to have scraped the shadow off these days and these times... (oh, and as ever, thankyou!)

but here comes the falls...

Interpol were cool. Blonde Redhead were the supporting act. It was a pleasant show, and very relaxed, and that I liked because I'm annoyed by shows were fanboys are too extreme or people are rude or they don't care at all about the band playing, ruining other people's pleasure as well. They played almost all Antics and Our Love To Admire, and only a few songs from the first album. It was one of the best gigs ever, mostly because the sound was fantastic. I don't know if it's because the location was chosen very carefully or because the sound crew was ace, or both. Last time I was a bit disappointed by Sonic Youth because to me the sound was crap and couldn't tell one instrument from the other, not to mention Kim Gordon's singing was not audible at all. Sonic Youth are crazy, they could have done that on intention from what I know. Other gigs the fangirl in me liked were mediocre regarding sound. This time I was very pleased.

what im thinking is how long till the Resident Evil box set???? i have played all the games i can get my hands on for RE1, RE2, RE3, RE4, code veronica, i think the movies were ok and didnt let the reputation of the game down to much. If anyone knows about the box set movies let me know

I saw that on the news.. something similar happened here in Portugal a few years ago, it wasn't fun... did they decide to have an early election or they're going for the interim government solution?
