Have you got the adrenalin pill @ your hide out & infinate run for doing the paramedic level's
& when you do rampages does your % go up

No, I don't...cause for infinate running i just tap X repeatedly....works the same!! and yeah the rampages make your % go up

This is how we do it

On the run way hold down x & push just a little bit forward on the right analog stick
@ the same time hold L2
then wen you see the front end of the plane going down it will bounce let go of everything on the joypad then keep tapping forward so that the plane looks like it is level !! lLIKE A CAR SPIOLER
then wen you get in the air your plane will start to drop slowly >
DO NOT pull back on the analog stick it will come back up it's self > to make your self go faster through the air press X > but it is easier to fly with out the X button held in
With a bit of practice you should be flying like F**K

The ambulance is a very hard mission because you have to get up to level 12 without damaging your car or getting pulled out. The best place to do these missions is on Stauton Island because you can get to the hospital the easiest.

Yeah i have been there a few times !
It is best to go there when you have the invisible cars cheat on then you see a lot more! & i personally think that it is beta to fly with the invisible cars cheat on

But i is good @ flying the plane so i could be wrong

It does not make the cars fly !
It only makes the cars invisible

But if you know what type of wheels your looking for then its a right laff

Watch out for the 3 Spoke alloys
These is de fast cars !
