Yeah, I manage to get one of those items for Squall's Lionheart but for the other characters who needed one I just decided to refined my Minotaur card for them

What I hated worse was getting those energy crystals early to refine pulse ammo with. I never wanna see another Elynoyle card again... ever!

I think I went around refining Elynoyle cards so to get those pulse ammos as well to be able to get Squall's Lionheart

By my fourth game I'd worked out my system enough to get Lionheart by the mid-second disk.

It took me having absolutely no life at the time, so I'm kinda glad you couldn't figure it out.

I can try and remember the formula for you, though. I can remember exactly which peeps give out the highest ratio of Elynoyle cards & stuff.

And yes, Square does seem to adore the name Cid. Funny you never see a "Cloud" or "Squall" bit character in the later games, eh?
