I also like the second wallpaper more! Maybe because it's FFVII, maybe because it's about only one game and this makes it look more "coherent"... I don't know! But I think the second one is really nice

The quality of the last one is definitely higher. But I think in all your wallpapers you mix too many characters at the same time. Why don't you try to make a wallpaper focusing your attention on one or two characters? You could have more possibilities.
BTW, the one I like more is the FFVII wallpaper. It's the best among them.
