*SPOILERS*
One can be found in South Figaro. After Locke saves Celes, you have to go through an enemy-filled area. There are some stairs heading down. In Basement 2, a treasure is hidden in the top room. The second can be found in Phoenix Cave. After cooling the lava, a treasure can be grabbed containing the Ribbon.
