What are your favourite bands of all time?
my favourite band of all time, well i have a few, firstly theres 'Nightwish' then theres 'evanescence', 'Seether' and 'Vertical-Horizon'.
i think all of these band rock totally! by the way sorry if this has already come up in a post before ^_^ |

Hoy..good thread..
 ..lets see..this is going to be a long list but instead of posting my fav bands of all time i'll just post the ones i listen to more often, it's easier..lol..These i've been listening to for a little while now and still haven't got tired of: - HIM (obviously )- The Temple - Live - Flowing Tears - Nightwish - Xandria - The Rasmus - Metallica And more recently: - Alter Bridge (of course) - Revis - Kutless - Switchfoot - Furder Seems Forever - Evanescense - Ramp - Mathew Good Band - Reamonn - Chevelle oh this list goes on forever...so etc..lol and since 2 days ago : The Mayfiled Four...actually pretty much on replay...very good music

I have a few as well but my most fav. would be "Godsmack", "Traped", "D12", and "Chavelle"
 .I'm not sure about the spelling of the last one  but, anyway those are my fav. I like these guys cause of there lyrics. I also like songs with good vocal I don't really care a great deal about how they play, you know like if there is a lot of guitar or a lot of drums but, it doesn't hurt.

You know, it's kinda funny... Most people live under the assumption that I am "all into music." I think this is because of the way I dress.
 In reality, though, I do enjoy music quite a lot, but there are only a few bands I listen to regularly... I'm not much for trying out new stuffs, cause a lot of it just seems repetitive to me. So, that said, here are the bands I listen to often, and hence they are my favorites :
I just heart these bands. There are others I listen to (frenquently-ish), but they aren't my favorites:
Why do most of them start with "the"?? Eek! If you're ever with me, you will find one of these guys playing... and only them.

The Clash, The Buzzcocks, Mansun, Blur, The Fall, Zwan, Sonic Youth, New Order, Bikini Kill. Everything that has soundtracked my life so far. I have an amazing list of bands in the back of my head that relate to every emotion. I have songs I would like to die to, songs that I fell in love to, songs that mean everything to me. Again, music always.

I tell you what if there was no music i would probably be dead, music has gotten me through alot of bad times and some really good times which i reckon is pretty kool. Most movies wouldnt have lived without music just look at 'lord of the rings' that would have been nothin without music
