Well sadly i dont think it would happen.Gohan and Goku are too pure they dont have any evil in there hearts.Thus they need evil to become majin.

As SSSnake said, it could not happen in DBZ's logic. However, everything is possible in DBGT or subsequent series or movies

Like, Bulma could turn into a super saiyan, why not?
