The easy way ! Enter the tank cheat 10 time's & improved car handling , then go to Shoreside Vale !
Start the missions !
With the two cheats in you can not tip your ambulance or you will not hit any other cars ! Making it easy to drive....

Once you have got the missions complete put the 10 tanks into the water so that they blow up , when you have disposed of all the tanks kill yourself & let the game reload the cars n stuff , then go and save it !

NOTE : If you try to save before blowing up the tanks , the game will crash & you'll have to do it all over again !

It take's just short of an hour to complete the Paramedic Missions
