Relationships with people you don't like

When you can't stand someone, how do you react?

I usually don't say to someone directly I hate or I can't stand him/her, but I let them know in a subtle way, like not talking too much or clearly looking annoyed.
I know it's better to let others know what you think about them clearly, but this is not always possible, because also when you don't like someone you have to care for his/her sensibility, paying attention to not hurt their feelings. So, being very clear and telling how much you can't stand someone can be very bad for the other person and depressing maybe.
Maybe I care too much, but that's what I think.

When someone bothers me or I hate them, I usually tell them, but in a polite manner, but if it just gets ridiculous I usually lose my cool and snap...I know its mean but I can't help it

just tell them nicely that you don't appreciate them and to stop talking to you. or something. that might make them mad, but if you're nice about it, what can you do, right? and it's better than being bothered your whole life.

It depends. If I really dislike the person, I may not let them know in the most gentle of manners. Mostly,however, I tell them directly but I try and do it in a way which is less arrogant and more polite.

sometimes you have to express your dislike of them while at other times you shouldn't. It all depends on the situation and the consequences of your words =P

very nice. i agree exactly with everyone who said to tell them to their face in a respectful manner. now, being honest on my behalf, i must say that i didn't read all of your posts because they were too long and i got bored. sorry.

that's a joke. do i have to put that after i make a joke? i do on certain OTHER forums... some people, sheesh.

Well, to come back to topic, I admit I'm not usually teling to someone that I don't like him/her, because I had some bad experiences when it happened. Now I prefer to avoid this person in order to avoid also bad surprises

I just try to stay away from them. If I can't avoid them, and I've already warned them, and they still act like complete idiots, I usually just punch them in the gut. After that they usually decide to either clean up their act, or stay away from me.

Everyone around here that is abnoxious is a wuss. They're all talk. Everytime I do anything to them, or even act like I will they quit right away.

If I ever do meet a loser that could actually take me down (no one like that around here), than I wouldn't punch them in the first place.

Well That All Depends, If The Person Is An Alright Person And Still U Dont Like Him/Her For A Unique Reason Then I Guess U Have To Be Careful But Still, Its Better To Show Some Hint To That Person That U Dont Wanna Be With Him/Her.

But Sometimes, Its Good To TEACH Some Ruthless People Some Lessons So That They DONT Do It With OTHER Innocent People, U Know......Embarass And Make Fun Of Em And All!.!
