I just bought the Cherry Poppers ice cream place and the Boat Yard. Somebody told me that in order to get Cherry Poppers to make money for you you have to sell 100 ice creams, i would like to know if this is true. I have no idea how to get the boat yard to make you money though. Some help please

You have to make 50 deals in the ice cream truck to get the Cherry Poppers Factory to make money. It takes a long time, but the trick is to make deals until you get one star, then drive around until you lose it, then start the process over again. It took me about 30 minutes to get to 50.

To get the boat yard to make money, you have to finish the checkpoint charlie missions. Jump in one of the two boats at the boat yard and it'll start the mission. Finish the mission in the given time period and you'll start earning your cash.
