Nickelback

Wow!

Thats all I can say. You must see these guys if you get a chance.
Best concert I have ever seen.

Also, I must comment on the 2 bands that opened for them. I am not sure if you guys down south have heard of them, pretty sure they are friom canada. Anyway the 2 bands are Three Days Grace and Staind.

If you have never heard of them do me a favour and download these songs.

Three Days Grace - Just like you
Three Days Grace - I hate Everything About You

Staind - So Far Away
Staind - It's been a while
Staind - Outside

Those are thier released hits in canada. You may get them in the US I really don't know.

As for nickelback, I mean what can't I saw. It was simply amazing. The lights, the pyro, the fire, the music, it was all amazing. They even played there music from before they were a big name. If you don't know there early stuff then download

Nickelback - Leader of Men

They really played to the crowd, and I must say that the town I am in doenst get many concerts because we dont have a big arena, but when we do get them they sell out fast. 6000 tickets in 40 mins. We were the fastest sellout in canada and thus they are comming back for a second show in March. If you get a chance to see them live, go to it! It's worth every penny. Which for me was $45.50 for 3 quality bands.

Download those songs I listed and reply!

I'm not a very big fan of Nickelback but i like some of songs they have made...but that's not the reason i'm replying...it's just that i see that you liked very much of the concert so i felt the need to tell you what happened to them when they came here last year for a festival concert..well they were unable to play because the audience just kicked them out of the stage because they were not playing as good as they should be...so they ended up not making the concert...
And about Staind they are pretty well known around here so the songs that you said i already know them and they're very good...
I don't know nothing about the other band though i'll say something when i listen to it...

Yeah Nickelbacks pretty good along with Staind and Three Days Grace. Nickelbacks shows however are average, espically if you seen high caliber shows like Creed and Metallica. Plus I don't think Three Days and Staind are from Canada. I know Nickelback is. But anyways glad you had fun at the concert. Chad Kroeger is quite the showman.

Sounds like a cool night jj!

Staind has had a few singles here in the uk but they didn't seem to do that well and sort of fizzled out.
I like them tho. "It's been a while" is a good single.

I heard Staind went bankrupt on themselves coz they wasted all their money.. I read that in Kerrang Magazine a while back.

Glad you had a great time jj. Im tryin to save up to go to some concerts and gigs this year.

p.s jj you have a pm

Explain this mud insodent?

Anyway, i have been to many concerts including matillica and creed, and ozzfest too. I just found that nickleback really played tpo the crowed more. It could be the fact they are from canada and are so huge here. I dunno really. I t could be that its a new tour this year, with a new look and feel then there last tour too. But all in all it was amazing times!

Boo. I've seen them 'before they were famous' opening for Everclear once. I personally can't stand them... heh, but I'm glad you had so much fun! ^^

They played for a crowd but played terrible so the crowd starting boo-ing(???) and throwing mud and instead of trying to rock their socks off and give it their all.........they run like a bunch of pansies
At least that's what I saw on the news, it was in Eli's country so she probably know the real deal.

Yep that's pretty much it but the crowd dind't throw just mud they throwed mud, rocks, food and everything else they could get their hands on..and yes they got out running...it was quite a show... ...they were playing really bad and Chad just started throwing kisses at the crowd and that lead to the mud-rocks scene...

Oh yeah, that happened at ozzfest too, but it wasnt nickelback. But i must say i would run too if there were rocks comming at me.

I guess really its more of a there from canada thing. I mean they are the biggest band here right now, and thats not exagerating. So i guess its a little bias on my part.

As for seeing them before they were big, I did too, but its the show behind the show that makes a concert a concert. The opening acts for nickelback were rather plain and simple, so i can imagine what i was like when they opened for everclear.
