This Isn't Funny-help Please

Ummmmmmm yeahh

I've pumped the heezy outta this bloody game.......
And this is what happened

I was at 96% missing 3 jumps
I found em.....(Furry same prob with the Gaurdian Angel stairs) and I went up to a wopping 98%!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I remembered I forgot the dirt bike course and completed that and made first in the bloodring race.

I'M AT 99%

I can't find anythin to do.
I've done all side mission, all stores, all rampages, all rc missions, wheelied and stoppied-if this had anything to do with it-
I'm outta ideas.........what am I missin. I have all 15 properties........just 1%

My little bro played with the game for sometime so he mightve pumped in a couple of cheat codes........

I doubt cheating has an effect on the final percentage....there has to be something small to do.

something like killing 10 more civilians or something
it's like every little thing in the game makes a final vote
so check something
check the smallest things that you can actualy find
