how do you get those sigs to appear on your post i would be thankful if somebody told me.

Which ones? You mean the ones in the bottom, right? Well, you have to make it or if you can't, ask someone to make one for you. After that, have someone host your sig and write it in your -Sig- box which is located in your profile.

Those Are Signature Banner, Like Mena Said, U Have To Make Them........U Know.....Put Ure Style In It Or U Could Ask A Banner Maker To Make One For U....... And After That U Have To Have A Site......Which Can Host Ure Banner On The Site. ANd Then Write That Address In Ure Profile..... In Ure Control Panel.

Just to add a bit to what Mena and MakgSnake said, you can go to https://www.yoursighost.com and they will let you upload pictures from your computer and 'host' them so you can use them in your sig.
