Exactly what is this show about?
How much action is in it?
What is the show like?
Would you recommend it?

I'm a hardcore action fan, and majority of the times I won't look at it if it don't have action. (Gunplay or Swordsplay... even hand to hand combat)

Exactly what is this show about? about two boys who guys that learned alchemy and after trying to transmute (revive) her late dead mother creates a whole new situation.....i wont say any further, ive spoiled it enough :s
How much action is in it? pretty much on every episode, theres a fight or two..or more.. pretty amazing and cool fights (with alchemy of course)
What is the show like? whacko, with a lot of gags, action and is a bit the Dementia Genre (like lain, boogiepop phantom, etc).
Would you recommend it? hell yeah

The show's funny as hell and the actions one the most exciting I've seen,
and I only saw the first two episodes. Ed (Blonde Kid) does this cool thig with his arm which turns into sword.

Its the greatest anime of all time. Published [published? meh, can't think of the correct term] by SquareEnix and the studio that did it is BONES, which have worked on some other good stuff, such as Scrapped Princess.

And fansubbed by the ones i love the most, anbu and aone! ^^ (even if anbu changed its name to spoon lol....dunno why though O.o)

Awesome show. I currently follow it on Adult Swim and I think that it is awesome. Just wished that more than new 1 episode came on a week.

But I'm not really impressed about this show.
Maybe it's because I can't seem to catch it at the beginning.

I always seem to catch it in the middle.
