How and where do I get a helicopter?

what must I complete or do to get a helicopter?

I havent beat the game yet... Im on the tommy missions

Well since your on Tommy's missions then their should be one on the top of your mansion.

Which one you want just a helicopter in general or the apache or the smaller helicopters, there are all sorts of different types.

theres a building in downtown i think its by amunation and love fist place u buy for pretty cheap theres 3 garages and if u go to the roof there is helicopter that spawns there.

when i need a helicopter i just fly the island hopper into the army base while im wearing the police uniform, and then i get into the hunter,

the hunter is like a flying tank with machine guns and rocket launchers, it is so cool

BTW: the hunter is only there after you beat the game OR after you get all 100 packeges

BTW: cheating makes packeges dissapear... i know (i can only get 97 packeges)
