Question Anger releiver or inducer

Due to my recent controller murdering I was inspired to start a new thread. Are there games out there that make you want to destroy something beautiful? Is there a game that seems to make you less stressful when you play it? In my life I have played a lot of games and they all have negative or positive effects on my rage meter. However the game that sends me over the edge as of recent is Jedi Power Battles for the PS. I have'nt played it in a while so I decided on starting another game on Jedi mode with Mace Windu(of course). For some reason I could not get past the boss on the Naboo level. I would hit that guy so many times and he would not die. He was invincible to every attack that I threw at him. I eventually could not take it anymore and the controller became the victim. If anyone out there has a game on their mind that either helps or hinders their self control feel free to share the tale. It might save a controllers life.

Depends.
Some games are fun especially because you can do naughty things, like in GTA games. Some others are just so disturbing in the killings that you'd rather not kill and run away, like Silent Hill.
Well, there are also those games that are so frustrating to make you want to kill their creators or smash your console into pieces

Shinobi.

The most frustrating videogame I've ever encountered. I don't get angry enough at those sort of things to break anything but it's still very annoying.

The worst part is that that game could have been so good if it was just a bit easier!

DBZ Budokai sent me over the roof one day I've never been so angry at a game in my life, and yes a controller beacame yet another victim of videogame rage. But other than that I would have to say SFII for the SNES man M.Bison was such a prik(pardon the language). I hated all the moves that he would do to you, it always seemed like I was in the corner getting the beating of a lifetime.

man i would also have to say that street fight 2 turbo for SNES was the downfall to one of my controllers. i was playing because i got sent to my room for something so stupid so that started the fire and then i got to bison with guile and i could not beat him for some reason i kept all the anger in until i beat him in the first round and then he got 2 perfects on me in a row. so then i spiked my controller into the ground and leaped into the air and came down on my controller lets just say that the controller broke into peices

I tell you one game that really gets me is CounterStrike. So many occasions I've broke something valuble.

Heres what I broke do to that game (this is the truth)

1.My bedroom window (through my mouse through it after a couple of really gay headshots)

2.My Keyboard (I didn't really break it the buttons came flying out but I put them back in)

3.My Headphones (Those shattered Nicely. I regret breaking them now because I can't super glue them back together)

X-men next dimension, the second time you have to beat Sentinel A with magneto within 50 seconds...even on easy that game is so frustrating hard. It makes my blood boil and start kicking stuff around in my room and than I start feeling like an idiot and put VF4 in the console and start kicking the PS2-ass.

I realized that for the past 2 years I have been playing video games like I have because I missed Jennifer, knew there was probably no way to see her again, and I would try to get my mind off a it by playing the games. That also explains why I have stopped playing Xenosaga and Grandia Xtreme, I get bored playing them now and I start thinkin'. Same with DBZ Budokai, it sometimes get so hard that I start not wanting to play it and, again, I start thinkin'.

So, basically any RPG and MGS2 would get me feelin' better about the whole thang.

Hey synicalgohan91 I hear that you have a little bit of a temper when it comes down to old hockey games for the Genesis I can't beleive that game still played after what you did to it. Who could forget the classic pressing pass to score a goal? That would always upset me.

I was also going to ask what evryones kill count for controllers was.
PS-5 I just realized that is a lot
PS2-3
SEGA-2
Dreamcast-1
N64-1 that was a doosy
I have never broke a Nintendo or Super Nintendo controller before which sounds like I could be forgetting something.
