Greetings...

In case nobody noticed I've been gone for about a couple weeks from posting. My computer has been giving me some trouble with memory and since I don't know how to fix that sort of thing I have to wait for my friend to help me out. That on top of 56k Hell can really suck! Also, I somehow managed to damage my eye in a very serious way which has required a lot of doctor's appointments...don't even ask what happened to it...just know that it's going to be ok

(oh yeah and that I can still see my PS2 games just fine

)

Well I don't know if anybody missed me that much or not but i've missed you guys and reading your posts and discussing things both videogame and non-videogame related so I'm back!

Just give me a few days and my computer will be back to normal and I'll be able to post at the same rate as before.

Just saw Matrix Reloaded last night. Oh, I see there is an "Official" thread for that already... I might just make my way on over there at some point

So, anyways. It's great to be back. PEACE PS2fantasy brothers and sisters!!!

Technology is always a pain, no need to mention it, and health.... it always comes first! Hope your eye will be back to normal soon.

Welcome back! It seems like a lot of people are returning to the forums these past few weeks. I hope your eye get's better, there's nothing worse than an injury to really mess up your fun.

Speaking of eyepatches and the fact we now have a

icon...

how very ironic...

...mine is too tight... I have to tape a new one on (this is my right eye, btw, so I guess if you combine me and markO you would have one very temporarily blind person...

) a couple times a day so I can put these drops and this sticky ointment in.
Anywayz, as I said it's too tight so I'm seeing flashy lights occasionally, but I need it this tight so it can heal properly. Meanwhile, it is making me dizzy and sometimes hard to focus with my left eye when it's been open for a longgg time since it now has to do all the work.

Mwahahaha...sorry Zero...I know your curiosity is killing you even more now. How could Red have such a complicated problem in his eye? My God!

Oh and I'm still allowed to drive! Clear the roads! Actually, it's not that big a difference and it's legal so that's what matters, right? heh heh heh

Luckily, as I said before, I can still play my videogames, which (surprise surprise) look just the same with one eye than with both. THere's no difference in depth perception since the graphics are already rendered on the screen.

OK, I admit....I'm one of those idiots who, when caught up in the midst of the action in a really good game, have actually tried to look around on-screen objects (such as say...all of Nosgoth!) by literally leaning left or right in my seat or moving my head up and down before realizing "ummm....duh...." Right analog sticks are cool, man.

Anywayz...whenever my left eye gets tired I have to pause for a bit, but other than that it's all good.

welcome back man. i would have realized that you were gone, but ive been gone for what? two, three months?? I hope your eye gets better, and part of me is happy you dont live around here. I have to dodge traffic enough around here without half-blind people anyway

. LOL, just kiddin man, i bet you drive better half-blind than most of the idiots around here would with three eyes!
