Cd-rw

Hey all. I was wondering if the PS2 can read cd-rw's. I've tried it many times and all i've gotten was some read disc error. I've heard on another forum that the ps2 will actually read cd-rw's but it's very picky. If anyone has gotten their ps2 to read them, could you tell me what brand? And what prog?

I have, make sure you have one of two brands

sony or ?????(I forget the other one)

If you get one of the ones that came out this xmas just gone they read every audio cd whether it be any brand of CD-R or RW
