It's just me, or maybe this guy resembles very much to a MGS2 character?

Yup He Does Look Like Vamp.....I'd Agree On That. But I Always Thought That VAMP Wasn't Original At All (For The First Time In MG Series) So....I Guess....We Will Find Resemblance From Here And There!
 But Are These The Sword Comics Ure Avatar Is Made Of!?? Just Wondering!

Yes, that's where my avatar comes from
 BTW, at the older forums, there was a post about the worst villain in FF games and I also said I didn't like Vamp because he wasn't very original, but I couldn't remember any precise resemblances with other characters. Today I remembered that I saw something similar in this manga (released in 1997) and I just tought to post those pics
