Final Fantasy Tactics : Advance - An entirely new Tactics!

As has been rumored for a while, the GBA FF:Tactics Title is now offically more than a remake of the PSOne original: It is effectivly a fully blown FF Tactics II !!!

I'd actually like to say that I think its a shame they're not remaking the original, as it would be a good idea for us Europeans (grr...) - Perhaps they will if we buy enough copies...

But as it is, a sequel looks good... (just a shame i'm gonna have to import the original and chip a Playstation now

)

It looks pretty good, it would of been nice though that they could of rereleased the first FFT as well as this one but oh well.
Well I guess that now gives me another reason to go out and buy GBA

Well you have to consider the possibility that maybe it was near impossible to bring an identical version to the GBA

. Anyway I am not complaining I have an import copy of FF Tatics

I'm considering doing the same... where'd you get your copy and how much? (worth pointing out that FF:TA will almost certainly be the same deal: None of the "Tactics" games make it here anymore :/)

I just found out about this info today, hope it's as good as the original! I've been waiting for a Tactics sequel of some sort for oh so long...

As I said though I didnt even get passed the second battle after that one on the hill (for those of you who have played it)

Careful about the double posting there Macceh^.

Well, a brand new Tactics. They better not have spoiled anything on something from the first game. The BS and the JP system is still the greatest.

The previews seem to indicate that nothing gameplay wise has been altered significantly. The only objections i've heard so far, are from peoples who fear that the storyline can't possibly live up to the political back-stabbing that I keep hearing about...

I know it isn't going to live up to the storyline of the first game. FFT has my all-time favorite everything except soundtrack.

I am not going to hold the storyline against it. I'll play the game, then I'll see if I like it or not.
