Do you ever feel upset for stupid reasons and then you feel ashamed about it? Like really stupid reasons? For exmple your ice-cream falling on the floor?

Just wanted to know what kind of reactions you have when facing banal problems of your everyday life.

Basically, whenever I talk. I always end up saying something stupid. Everyone looks at me and then I just shy away under the table. I wish I could take it all back, but I can't.

Or whenever I try and ask someone out. I just begin to mumble and I look like an idiot.

Oh yeah. There are many times in which I just feel so bad and for reasons that have no relevance or meaning at all. Let's take yesterday as an example. I was such an emotional mess (it's still bugging me at the moment)! This girl has something against me and was at it again making up lies and what not. Normally, I go tell her off to or I just let em slide. But I guess it really got to me this time. Now that I can think about it, it makes me so mad! I mean, I know her!! Why should it bother me?!?
More on an every day basis...I feel like this pretty often when I'm talking to guys I like. Sometimes...I just freeze and can't find a single thing to say! Needless to say, I always end up looking like a retard *sigh*.

Lets see.I felt really stupid after i went to the girl i like gave her my number and asked her to call me.Man i after i thought back on that moment i remeber how stupid it was.

I seem to overreact to everything. I swear like nuts and yell my ass off at the smallest of things, like getting my but kicked at a video game, or getting shocked by a stupid light socket or something.

Yeah Cannibal's got the idea...when the slightest thing occurs I usually blow up...especially in games. I'm playing Virtua Fighter 4 right now and my couch has takin one too many blows for lost matches I've undergone

I can either be patient or impatient, so when I'm in my impatient moods, I get pissed at every stupid little thing on earth. Games, someone saying something stupid, whatever. When I lose a match in a fighting game, I go and curse like a sailor, tear my hair out, it's unbelievable....

But if i do, then people had better stay the hell away! or else they`re just looking for trouble.

Depends on the mood of the day. I'm not one of those persons who take anything very seriously or that think that evey single word is important. But there are some days I'm really nervous and I can argue for evey silly thing.

Like I said before, I overreract about everything, but I should've mentioned what I'm like at scgool,m or when it has somethinbg to do with another person. Video games and stubbing my foot is one thing, but when people give me a truck load of sh*t, or if someone hurts me on purpouse, then I wont say a thing, andf just hold it in, trying to act like it never happened, no matter how consistant some people may be in making my life a living hell.
