Charlie's Angels The RPG!!! FFX-2
Anyone notice every Playable character in FFX-2 is female. I read about it in Game Informer the other day, ya got Yuna, Rikku, and the untrustable LeBlank, all with their own special powers. If anyone has any good sites to check this game out let me know cause this looks liek its gunna be great. its gunna have FF tactics stuff in it, and all sorts of new goodies.

Indeed there are other threads, but I will point out somthing: There are no "FFTactics" elements whatsoever - Changable Character Classes have been in the series since the last of the NES games (or to a lesser extent, the first ever FF game), so they're not truely a Tactics element. Regardless, Character Classes are often very cool (they made FF5 into a half-decent game) and are therefore a welcome addition. But no turn-grid-based combat and epic battles for us... bah.
As for the Charlies Angel's idea... I can see that ^_^ - who knows... FF6 was the only game so far with Female mains, and that was one of if not the best FF game so far... can FFX-2 use it's girl power to it's advantage? - Oh and has anyone else noticed the rule of three in FF games? There is always 3 playable main females in the main series: FF4: Rosa, Rydia, Palom (or Porom... I forget) FF5: Reina, Faris, Krile FF6: Terra, Celes, Relm FF7: Aeris, Tifa, Yuffie. FF8: Rinoa, Selphie, Quistis FF9: Garnet, Eiko, Freija. FF10: Yuna, Rikku, Lulu. Ok... so 8 and 9 bend the rules a bit Spoiler: show

I think it'll be nice for me to finally see a RPG with mainly female characters.

Well, let's face it, there are a lot of people out there who complain that there aren't enough female leads in both games and films.
At least this will shut them up 4 a while. But then again, it could be interpreted as just trying 2 appeal 2 male gamers, so u can't win, eh? |
