ps2 ram?
internal memory..something like that...

anywayz, has anyone ever played their ps2 for so long, that he ran out of ram, i was playing Soul Reaver 2 and it crapped out on me...

i'm just checking to see if anyone else has that problem b4 i have to ask a repair man

Never heard of this kind of problem... but Soul Reaver 2 has some weird bug. Just check if you have the same problem with other games or ask Eidos Interactive support center.
