State of Emergency is just like GTA3 in the fact that you have missions. There are 2 modes, a revolution (meaning, an overthrow of the government) mode where you get missions and try to bring down the corporation, and then a chaos mode where you earn points to go on to the next level. Just buy this game! once you start playing it you'll like it!
