and what does the Combo Drive feature?

Mac hardware is a little more pricey than PC processors. While the processor speed is 933MHz, it does quite well in benchmarks against many Intels. Just a different CPU, but you pay for it.
Combo Drives feature a CD-RW and a DVD reader.

Your laptop sounds pretty cool... I personally avoid Macs, but having a PC and a Mac is probably a great idea... if you have the monies. Yeah the processor sounds low speed, but processors are given too much press anyway, the performance increase between my 900mhz and XP 2600+ wasn't so noticable (i tried the old processor with my new GFX card, and there was only about 10fps in it... i think ^_^). Or perhaps my new case with "go faster blue perspex" sped it up a lot....

I don't think I'm going to be overclocking with a 256 card anyway.

I haven't installed it yet, since I don't have the time, and also because I have to switch ISPs. My current LAN won't play nicely with my Mac, and I have to set up a new LAN and play around with AirPort Extreme a bit.

Hell Yeah! It's so fast and cool, and it still has the "new computer" smell too!
