It would have to be in Little Haiti, (Damn Haitians! i Hate them damn guys!) and i decided to slice a gang up with the katana blade. I soon got a one star rating. The police pulled up, and to my amazement, the police started to help me beat up the haitians! Good on ya VCPD! Same thing happened when i was beating up an old lady with 'Gash' Shopping bags in North Point Mall.

Another fun thing i like to do is get 4star police rating, and drive away in a high speed chase and go towards the sea. just before i hit the waters edge it do a 360 degree turn and watch all the uncontrolable cops fly to sleep with the fishes.

or try flip boats or cars (go fast and jump out as you go towards the waters edge) and make stepping stones across the water. (if they dont sink. try get to the other side...lol
