Yes, that butler in Tomb Raider was kinda irksome. But, I found him kinda funny too, especially when you're in the training part and you get to shoot him in his army gear.
His serving tray turns into a target, which he holds up to protect himself when you try to shoot him. But, of course, you can never kill him! What you can do to get rid of him, is lock him in the HUMONGOUS fridge/cooler Lara has in her kitchen. I forget which game this is, there has been SO many. But, what you do is, you run into the fridge/cooler and go all the way into the back. Turn around and wait for the butler to come inside. Then, just as he is getting close to you, quickly jump over him run out and press the button next to the fridge/cooler and he's trapped! Well, until you let him out again!
But, that's the only way to get rid of the guy. His name, by the way, is Winston. Can you believe that? They gave him a name!
