the colours look great, but the effectiveness of the original is lost... The eyes are one of the main causes of this. They look glazed over, and the "veiny" effect induced from the leaf gives him a demonic effect (though in the background, this is a great effect. also, clean skin was somewhat instrumental in creating an illusion of femininity in the original). The feminine curves of his face have also been lost a bit into the background...

It still looks very autumny though
