Because of me bodybuilding, I'm on a rather strict diet which includes six meals a day. It takes a lot of discipline and motivation to succeed in keeping up that schedule. For me it's rather easy to gain or lose weight it's kinda of a math thing. You must know what your body needs in calories on a average day and and exceed that or keep under it. If most started to read about the subject of weightloss instead of just starving themselves it would be a lot easier, it's sometimes even better to eat more meals a day in order to get your metabolisme(???) going to loss weight than to just eat less.
It's quiet strange but in fact when you're hungry your already late with a meal cause your bound to eat too much, it's better to know "ok it's been two hours since my last meal I better grab something to eat before I get hungry". Your stomach needs about 20 minutes to give a sign to your brain that it is full, so if you eat fast you can easily eat way more than your stomach can handle and your bound to make your stomach grow which means in the long run your going to eat more and more.
