You're lucky, and probably clever enough to know that when you eat too much you have to do something to burn more. But most people simply eat and then sit on their sofa. Chewing another snack
But again, depends on the case. I doubt anybody just eats because of hunger. Probably some of the people who replied in this thread don't swallow food because of hunger only as well. Many do it to find distraction, many for seeking relief from stress, depressive moods and so on. Not that this is always abnormal, but sometimes it is. You cannot talk about this topic without considering all these factors.
