I'm not a collector. In my life, I cannot remember vividly collecting anything. As these "fads" hit and died, I bought some things... a little bit of everything, I would say (although, if I said I had them now, I might as well buy a hot suit for when I go to hell, as that would be a big enough lie to make the bad guy shake in his boots
). I always bought those "must have" toys and whatnot, but I never really sought after anything to collect.
Although there are some things you might consider collections.
For one, I have a
massive inventory of purses. I just have so many! And even so - I cannot help but buying one if I render it "cute". *shakes head*
Another thing would be my affinity for bracelets: especially those beaded ones. I have, just about, 2 of those jewelry boxes jammed with them. Things I buy from 1$ at local shops to 250$ (and it wasn't gold or anything -_-; ) at 5th Avenue.
Collections? Perhaps not seeing as how I use them without hesitation (perhaps I only use my more expensive stuff with care, as they cost more than I do
). Some people seem to think they are, though. Me? I just buy them because- well, I like them :O!
But recently, I got into this FF8 thing. Everything I see that relates with that game, I
must have! If I don't, I get a panic attack *sigh*.
This recent insanity has made me stumble upon this, which I know is pricey for something that looks like those cheap plastic figures you get on top of a cake, but I want it, regardless... and what's even sadder is the fact that I know I'll end up bidding.
I'm sad... I know.
