Well, just about all (of the ones I've seen) of the Ghibli films are great. They're all pretty unique and have different things to offer.
Narrowing it down to one, I'll go with
Laputa: Castle in the Sky.
It was such a sweet film filled with warm fantasy. I found this movie to be truly amazing.
