Sleeping well at night, going out alone or with someone to have a walk, visit my friends and relatives, having all the time I need for myself and the things I like (music, videogames, movies, books etc...). These things are all very important to me. They can shape my mood. For example, if I can't sleep well, my day is almost ruined because I'm nervous and I usually have headache. Or if in a whole day I can't spend 5 mins for my hobbies/interests, and I know it from the beginning (there are these busy days, when you can barely breathe) my mood is very low.

Yeah, I'm a very simple person, after all
