I'm not too picky about looks. Nice face, nice figure, just looks nice overall. I'm a sucker for great set of eyes though. They're the first things I notice on a woman; can drive me crazy.
As for personality:
-Smart (not like Einstein, just not a Ditz)
-Sense of humor
-Likes to cuddle (shut up)
-Kind, loving, respectful
-Active (likes to do things, not lazy)
-Cute (hard to explain, but I love a girl with a 'cute' personality.
I think that's about it.
