Yes! That's probably what it is for me as well! God, I especially hate those fat, hairy, tarantulas that grow to the size of a dinner plate! *froths at the mouth*

Yeah, something like that. You go and confront your fears by first looking at pictures, then proceeding to....touching your phobia (or going to the location if you fear heights) and other things.
