I'm stuck on the mission for Donald Love where you need to kill Kenji on top of the parking garage using the Cartel Cruiser.

I can always kill Kenji but the bastids always shoot my car into flames as I approach the jump to get off the roof!
(Also, what do the numbers next to your criminal rating represent? I'm a "fixer". Hehe.)
