yes. if Sega want to take up the issue that i've effectivly stole two ancient games of theirs that they seem unwilling to rerelease, they can sue me for all they like because Emulation is illegal. However, I think they've got bigger fish to fry, and so long as people don't emulate a commercially viable product, Emulation is potentially helping them by introducing new people to their ye-olde games.
