Yes, MGS Online would be the greatest. But, of course, it would be an extra feature, I don't see how that could mess up the story in any way.
About MGS movie, Hideo made it very clear before MGS2 came out that he would only want the Walsworki Bros (sp?) (makers of the Matrix) to make a MGS film.
