Kintaro Oe from Golden Boy. He's always looking at the women, for their best assets. He's the biggest pervert ever, finds the need to over egsadurate everything when saying his point, but he's still very kind, likes to help out, but is often stupid when going about it. Loves to draw, especially women in their best form. Funny as hell, and when he needs to be, is quite a sweetheart.
