Hate to burst your bubble but you also misspelled miss spelled, their(7x), access, realistic, holier, any, boycott, opportunities, necessary, definitely, until, which, carries, a lot, and mercilessly. Not to mention forgot to punctuate a lot of things
Quite simply I dont give a shit what I misspelled. So why are you harping on it ?. If I really cared at all id spell check it, but clearly I dont . Wonder why you do so much ?

Whether it's right or wrong is not the question here
Yes...that is the question...that always was. I simply wondered if people thought it was right or wrong for them to pull things off thier shelves and dictate morals to their customers.

The numbers you pulled up are for the average worker. Not for the upper class
The uper class is DOMINATED by men...so thank you for proving my point for me

Preventer...you compare the situation in agusta to the boyscouts and Public restrooms ?. Wow...talk about BAD comparisons. Im saying it isn't right for Agusta because their is a vast difference in prestige between most women's clubs and Agusta. And the only reason thats so is because women haven't been given the same opportunities as men. What the hell do bathrooms and boy scouts have to do with anything ? [/QUOTE]

Quote:
They are not MAKING their customers not buy these but are simply making it harder
Oh yeah I forgot..not only are they dictating morals...they are doing a disservice to there customers....thanks..I almost forgot that

Quote:
It wasn't the customers decision to ban certain things.
Exactly.....shouldn't it be up to the customer what he can buy and not the damned executives of Wal-Mart ?

Quote:
And as for people who would shop at a store that stopped carrying things because of a certain race that does not make the shopper racist
Again...if your not a part of the solution your part of the problem. If you were against the killing of animals would you buy a real Mink coat. And if Im against racism I wouldn't go to a store that promoted it (Once more That hasn't happened and Im not saying it will)

Quote:
I don't really think it needs to be said, but I'll say it anyway: This entire thread is "just an opinion."
Your right it DIDNT need to be said...but thanks that might not have been obvious enough for some people

Quote:
They can do whatever they want with their golf course
I find it sad that soo many of you think its ok for sexism to exist. That its ok for them to do, and I quote "Whatever they want". Im against anything that denies ANYONE based on Ethnicity, gender, or race. What reason would anyone have for denying people based on that except for prejudice. (That excludes religious gatherings for obvious reasons)

Quote:
And why do you care so much about a store that you've never even been to
Ive never been to Iraq yet I care about what goes on there. I bet there are alot of places you haven't been to that you have commented on so what is your point ?.

Quote:
Whether it's right or wrong is not the question here. The question is if it's legal
Ok so we should all just going around not thinking of right and wrong and its ok if what we are doing is legal. I would hate to live in a world like that

Quote:
Nor is it your place
Of course its not my place to dictate morals...who said it was ?. I dont really understand how anyting youve said makes sense in relation to my argument . Im not trying to tell you how you should feel..im just explaining how I do. If the moderators went around deleteing a buncha posts becasue they werent family orientated enough would that be ok with you just because they own the place ? Please enlighten me

What really worries me is if Wal-Mart continues to grow and expand as it is. Eventually there banning of certain items is going to hurt the sales of Said items. What if they stop making magazines the way they want and have to confine them to Wal marts standards in order to sell there. And the same goes for movies....it isnt Wal-Marts place to decide what their customers should be able to purchase (I said THERE customers so dont reply by saying you can go somewhere else, whos going to make 2 separate trips for a magazine ?). And dont worry Preventer Ill spell check this one as not to upset you.
