Wal-Marts really a family store, I have been to a few Wal-Marts but I've never noticed things like that with the Explicit CD's so did they just start it then?
It's kinda stupid, but when the owners are one of the Richest Families in the world I dont think they give a damn about any profit loss from restrictions... if any.
If anybody from UK wonders what Wal-Mart is, its a huge department store in the States, they own the ASDA chain in the UK, and ASDA are similar to Wal-Mart.
