Me - What error message are you getting?
Caller - I don't know
Me - Ok...are you using Outlook Express?
Caller - I don't know
Me - What version of Windows are you running?
Caller - I don't know
Me - Are you sure you were connected to the internet when you checked your mail?
Caller - How do I do that?
