Here is a photo of the special European package; this is the Italian package, but it should look exactly the same across all Europe.
The list on the corner of the box says "Platinum GameCube + Nintendo Controller + Legend Of Zelda The Wind Waker + Bonus Disc (containing Ocarina Of Time and Master Quest)... and to answer the PM I received, unfortunately there are no memory cards included into the package.
