There's a Sonic Advance 2? Anyway here's some and i know there are repeats but I need to put down everything I would recommend:
A Link to the Past(trust me if you like Wind Waker you will love this game though I haven't played Wind Waker)
Golden Sun(another RPG and next month the sequel will come out which will be better if you play this first, I'm sure)
Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire(because instead of one on one Pokémon battles there are also 2 on 2 Pokémon battles and I'm sure it'll be better than the others)
Golden Sun2 (sequel to above game and it looks cool)
As for the two Castlevania games you are torn about I'd sayCircle of the Moon only because I've already played it and there are multiple game modes plus it is pretty long. I'd recommend YGO: DDM but I find I should have got A Link to the Past instead, it's not as good as I thought it was going to be.
