as i understood, squaresoft aren't really in financial trouble anymore. The movie was the big loser, but last year they pulled everything back despite the massive ffxi gamble.

how about now though? i shouldn't imagine squaresoft have many money worries after merging with enix today...

^ the logo you'll be seeing on your future ff purchases (and yes i'm away that today is april-fools day -> the logo came out on the 29th and the merger has been set for april 1st for a long time)

oh and make sure that among your future square-enix purchases, you have final fantasy tactics advance, square's other nintendo release...
