There's a boxset that's going to be released in Japan on April 16 that carries all 4 movies. It's about 12800 Yen....so maybe around $105.00(?) US dollars.

You must be joking right, one video is like 8.00 for four I don't think it would be 105.00. Unless they are special editions. Then it would be worth it!
Then if they add the cut scenes to the movie, it would definitely be worth it!
