Among them, I'd say Saddam Hussein. Don't ask me why, I picked him because Hitler was too much, speaking of evilness, and Bin Laden... ahemm, I didn't feel like picking him either, he's too much hated

Hussein is the most famous man together with Bush during these days...so, meaningless choice...
